The Client: The recipient of the service.

Unveil Artist: The agreed team member from Unveil LTD.

The Agreement: The contract that exists between the client and Unveil LTD for the agreed fee.

The fee: The amount payable by the client to Unveil LTD for the services listed above.

The event: Relates to the date whereby the event (i.e the wedding) take place.

The party: Additional members of the bridal party

Payment

Payment for makeup services must be by cash or bank transfer direct to Unveil LTD and not t the Unveil Artist. The fee for the trial must be paid 7 days in advance of the booking. The fee for the event is to be paid in full by the client one month (28 days) before said event.

Failure to pay the fee in agree amount of time will result in cancellation by Unveil LTD for your Unveil Artist.

Minimum numbers

Please note that each Unveil booking from Friday-Sunday has a minimum booking fee of £350 during peak season from March to September: This does not include travel expenses. The Trial is not included in the minimum spend, only the wedding date itself.

Cancellations

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Any payment taken up until the date of cancellation is not required by Unveil to be refunded. As we take the deposit a calendar month in advance if this has already been paid it will not be refunded. Once cancellation is confirmed, the client will not be liable for any further payments.

In the unlikely event that the client’s Unveil artist has to cancel an appointment for any reason, then every effort will be made to re-schedule (where possible). If a re-schedule is not possible (for example, wedding day bookings) then all monies paid in advance (less trial fee(s), if applicable) will be refunded in full. No other Compensation will be given. Details will then be given for an alternative makeup artist from our roster of artists. If any of our artists should not be available, we will endeavor to help find a suitable artist from outside of Unveil in the unlikely event.

The client is strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cover against such situations.

Complaints:

Any complaints made against an team member at Unveil LTD should be given in writing by email to: [email protected]

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable in advance of the event in order to secure the services of an Unveil artist. The event cannot be secured without a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final event price.

Arranging a trial does not reserve the makeup artist’s services for the event.

Insurance

All of the artists at Unveil LTD.  have their own public liability insurance to protect both the clients and themselves.

Products used:

The team at Unveil LTD uses only premium, high-quality hair products, skincare and cosmetics, brands such as Chanel, MAC, Dior, Bobbi Brown, NARS, Laura Mercier and skincare by Nuxe, Bioderma, Avene and hair products from Aveda, Bumble and Bumble, Unite and more. We ensure to use the highest quality products to keep the client’s makeup looking fantastic day to night.

The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products.  This includes but not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the artist of any known condition.

Setup times

The Unveil artist will arrive at the client’s home or event venue at the pre-agreed time, allowing sufficient time to set-up and apply makeup to client(s). Unveil LTD will provide a running schedule for the client and the Unveil artist to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The client’s Unveil artist is not exclusive for the entire day of the event. If the client would like the Unveil artist to stay longer to do touch ups an exclusivity charge can be added.

Travelling area and charges

The Unveil artist will travel to the client’s home or event venue. Distances will be charged at 50p per mile. This will be calculated and agreed at the time of your quote and any additional charges added to the trial/wedding day fee.  This is to include, if applicable, congestion charging and parking charges.

Sundays & Bank Holidays

An additional charge of 25% will be incurred for bookings on these days.

Photography

The client agrees that Unveil LTD may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to Unveil’s website, Blog and social media pages.

Bank Holiday & Sunday consultation surcharge

An additional £50 will be charged for consultations that take place on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday.

Early morning fee

A fee of £50 will be charged for start times/long journeys that begin before 8am.
